(Local in Southern California)

Personal, at-home rabbit grooming services are available for short and long-haired bunnies and every sort of rabbit in between. 

Service Area

Home visits are available for those living in the following areas in Southern California: Culver City, West Los Angeles, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Reseda, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Sun Valley, Burbank, Glendale, Hollywood, West Hollywood and parts of Los Angeles.

Travel costs are included for these areas.

For anyone living outside of these areas, additional travel costs will apply. Please contact me for further details.

Rabbit Grooming Services

Full Groom, short-hair: $55* (Additional bunnies at same location are $35*).

Full Groom, Lionhead with light trim: $65*

Full Groom, (large breeds such as Flemish Giants): $65

Full Groom, long-hair: $175*

Full Groom, Special Needs short-hair (includes butt baths, head tilt bunnies and rear end paralysis: $80 

*Cost may be higher depending on the condition of rabbit.

Individual Grooming Instruction

Learn to handle and groom your own rabbit. $75 (1-hour short-hair)

Payment is due at the time of reservation. I accept Paypal and Venmo. Please give at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel. If less than 24-hour notice is given, a refund will not be given, but your payment can be credited toward a future appointment if booked within 30 days.

Please note, short-hair groomings normally take approximately 30 minutes per bunny. Special needs may require an hour (or more) and long-hair grooming can be 2 or more hours, depending on how matted the bunny is. If the bunny is severely matted, a grooming session might be broken up into two or more sessions. Please take timing into consideration when making a schedule request.

Several years ago, I had adopted an Angora bunny from a local shelter. Duster was found as a stray and had many mats in her fur. The animal shelter had tried to remove them, but was not successful. I had no idea how to groom such a rabbit. The mats were tight and eventually knitted themselves into a confining sweater around Duster. I had many grooming sessions with my poor rabbit, trying to relieve her. Every time we both ended up crying before the job was done.

I was lucky to find Jody Springborn at BunnyLuv Rabbit Resource Center. From the beginning, she was very understanding about my situation. She was up against the worst case she had probably ever seen, and it took her two grooming sessions to get Duster straightened out. Because she was so good with both the rabbit and her concerned owner, we scheduled monthly grooming sessions so that Duster would never had to suffer again. Thanks to Jody, Duster found her binkie, and had a very happy life.

I highly recommend Jody for even the most difficult situations. She is very capable and kind to both humans and animals.

The Bunnies and I thank you for the grooming visit!

Since my home is a bunnymicrosanctuary, I'd have to rent a van to get all my rabbits to an offsite groomer. Jody did such a wonderful job. Their nails are beautiful! The bunnies show them off to each other! And Nipsey's private areas around his tail are staying clean, thanks to Jody's professional trim job. We'll be calling on you again in a few months.
